Who is responsible for your data
Dilenza is the data controller responsible for the personal information you submit through this site. For any questions about how your data is handled, contact info@dilenza.com.
What we collect and why
Inspection request forms
When you submit an inspection request, you provide your name, company, email address, phone number, supplier city and country, the equipment or asset, the inspection discipline, the required qualification, the inspection date and the assignment type. We use this information to review the technical requirements and identify a suitable inspector profile for your project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal.
Contact form
The contact form collects your name, email address and your message. We use it to respond to general enquiries. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your business enquiry.
Candidate CV upload
Inspectors and engineers who submit a CV provide their name, email address, phone number, location, disciplines, qualifications and a CV file. We use this information to assess suitability for current and future inspection assignments. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@dilenza.com.
Technical data
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. This is limited to what is necessary to operate and secure the site. No analytics or advertising cookies are loaded unless you enable them in the cookie banner.
Who can access it and where it is held
Submitted form data is stored securely and is accessible only to Dilenza staff who need it to respond to your request or to assess a candidate application. Candidate CVs are stored privately and are not publicly reachable.
The data we collect is held on servers inside the European Union. Our hosting and email delivery providers act as processors under our instructions and under appropriate data processing agreements.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
Inspection requests and contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting assignment, and are then removed.
Candidate applications and CVs are kept for the period needed to consider you for current and relevant future assignments. If you would like your CV and details removed earlier, write to info@dilenza.com and we will delete them.
