Tell Us About the Inspection

You do not need to prepare a long enquiry. Provide what you already know — supplier location, equipment, inspection scope, qualification and dates.

Have an ITP, specification, drawing, purchase order or inspection scope? Upload it with your request.

Single Visit · Recurring · Resident · Rotational · Multi-Site

1. Project Location

2. Equipment

3. Inspection Requirement

4. Schedule

5. Project Description

6. Upload Project Documentation

Optional, max 8 MB. Technical documentation can help us identify the right profile more accurately. Larger files can be sent by replying to the confirmation email.

7. Your Details

Not sure which qualification or inspection type applies? Select “Not Sure” and send the available project information.

Minimum information

Only Know the Basics?

That is enough to start. Send us:

  • Supplier country and city.

  • Equipment or asset.

  • Inspection date or expected project period.

If available, attach the ITP, purchase order, specification or drawing. We can review the technical requirement from there.

You do not need to solve the inspector-selection problem before contacting us.

What happens next

How the Request Is Reviewed

  1. Technical Scope Review

We review: Equipment · Inspection Scope · Standards · Required Qualification · Location · Dates.

  2. Inspector Matching

Suitable profiles can be considered according to: Qualification · Equipment Experience · Industry Experience · Project Experience · Location · Availability.

  3. Profile Review

Where appropriate, relevant inspector information can be submitted for your technical assessment. This may include: CV · Qualifications · Certifications · Relevant Experience.

  4. Assignment Coordination

Once the requirement and profile are aligned, the inspection can be coordinated according to the agreed scope and schedule.

Technical matching

More Than Availability

The nearest inspector is not always the right inspector. A project may require experience with:

  • Pressure Equipment
  • Shipbuilding
  • Structural Steel
  • Piping
  • Heavy Machinery
  • Offshore Fabrication
  • Railway Equipment
  • Industrial Coatings

The required profile may also depend on:

  • Materials
  • Welding Processes
  • Coating Systems
  • Standards
  • Inspection Responsibilities

Dilenza therefore reviews technical suitability before proposing a profile.

The supplier defines the location. The equipment defines the expertise.

Common requests

What Type of Inspector Do You Need?

  • Welding Inspector

For welding documentation, fit-up, production surveillance, visual inspection, NDT witnessing and weld repair follow-up.

  • Coating Inspector

For surface preparation, environmental conditions, coating application, DFT and other protective-coating requirements.

  • Vendor Inspector

For broader manufacturing surveillance, hold points, witness points, testing, FAT and final verification.

  • Resident Inspector

For frequent or continuous technical presence over several weeks, months or longer.

Project confidence

Review Before Deployment

Where appropriate, inspector profiles can be submitted before assignment confirmation. This allows project teams to review relevant:

  • Qualifications
  • Certifications
  • Technical experience
  • Equipment experience
  • Industry background

If your project defines a mandatory qualification or minimum experience requirement, include it in the request.

Global projects

Request Inspection Wherever Your Supplier Is Located

Dilenza supports technical inspection requirements across major industrial regions in:

  • Europe
  • Middle East
  • Asia
  • Africa
  • North America
  • Latin America
  • Australia

A project can involve one supplier or several manufacturing locations.

FAQ

Requesting an Inspector

Do I need to know the required qualification?
No. If the qualification is not defined, send the equipment, scope and available project documentation. The final mandatory requirement should follow the applicable project documents.
Can I request an inspector for only one day?
Yes. Single visits can support hold points, witness points, FAT, tests, repair verification or final inspection.
Can I request recurring inspection?
Yes. Inspection can be scheduled around repeated manufacturing milestones.
Can I request a resident inspector?
Yes. Resident and rotational profiles can be reviewed for longer manufacturing or project assignments.
Can we review the inspector's CV before confirmation?
Where appropriate, relevant profiles, qualifications and experience can be submitted for client technical review.
Can I upload an ITP or specification?
Yes. Technical documentation often helps us understand the requirement and match the appropriate profile.
Can I request a specific certification?
Yes. Required qualifications such as AWS CWI, CSWIP, IWI, AMPP, FROSIO or other project-defined credentials can form part of the request.
What if my supplier is in a location not shown on the website?
Send us the supplier location. Published location pages represent key industrial areas and are not necessarily the limit of where a requirement can be reviewed.
Ready to request a profile?

Send the Project Requirement.

Location · Equipment · Scope · Qualification · Date. Have an ITP or specification? Attach it. Only know the supplier and equipment? Start there.

The Right Inspector Starts With the Right Requirement.

Dilenza matches technical profiles according to the project, equipment and required expertise—not simply availability.
